compassion spur us into more

positive action!

May morality and mindful livingdevelop mental states of well being!

May our aspirations and contemplation

help lead us to Peace and Liberation!

May our Compassion and Wisdom grow day

by dayas we mindfully walk The Noble Eightfold Way

May our hearts open up with more work

of Danaas we all strive along the Path

to Nibbana

May we cut our Greed, Anger, Ego and Fear

as we practice Dhamma with a mind that’s clear!

May we spread our Metta or Loving-Kindness

to fill all beings with Peace and Happiness!

May we understand and realize Right Viewand practice Morality and

Virtue

May we not slacken in our spiritual

practice.May we not give lame

excuses like ‘that’ or ‘this’!

May we have patience and determination to spread Dhamma

with diligence and passion.

May we not be ‘enslaved’ by

pursuits of material wealth

ignoring our physical, mental

and spiritual health

May we meditate in calm and peace.May all our pain, stress

and worry cease

May we SEE what really matters finally.May we ‘let go’ and strive on spiritually.
