Projects Accomplished :
Project #1 :
Project Name : ADS8688 EVM GUI
Team : 3
Environment : LabVIEW & C++
Description:
The main objective of the software is to control the EVM. The EVM is a Sequential sampling
ADC with 8 channels which samples the continuous sine wave & analyzes the sample results
across all channels. The ADC efficiency is calculated by the histrogramming techniques. The ADC
also features alarm feature which triggers an alarm when the output DAC code is greater than
the user defined value. The interface board used is SDCC which uses SPI protocol to
communicate with the EVM & the software. The software also does a phase compensation
technique which nullifies the sampling of the input signal at different phases.
Project #2 :
Project Name : TMV2032 EVM GUI
Team : 2
Environment : LabVIEW & VIA Toolkit
Description:
The main objective of the software is to control the registers of the EVM. The interface
uses SPI & MIPI protocol to read/write the registers of the EVM.
Project #3 :
Project Name : TPS GUI’s (a collection of 10 GUI’s)
Team : 1
Environment : LabVIEW & VIA Toolkit
Description:
The main objective of the software is to control the registers of the EVM. The EVM is
used to test the display like LCS’s, LED’s. The interface uses I2C, SPI, Display scale & One wire
protocols to read/write the registers of the EVM.
Project #4 :
Project Name : Instrument Drivers
Team : 1
Environment : LabVIEW
Description:
Instrument drivers were created to control the instruments remotely. These drivers
were used to help the validation engineers to make post silicon validation. Created instrument
drivers for bench instruments like Oscilloscopes, Multimeters, Power supplies.
