Application for theoretical examination for pilot students at a non-Swedish ATO

This form shall be used by students who wish to undertake the theoretical knowledge examinations at the Swedish Transport Agency.

Examination procedure • Send this form and attachments as a scanned file in PDF-format to luftfart@transportstyrelsen.se

• You will receive an invoice with the applicable fees and an e-mail containing your user name andpassword to the examination platform PEXO.

• You must then make your own arrangements with the test invigilator(s). You will find the list ofinvigilators at our web page:https://www.transportstyrelsen.se/globalassets/global/luftfart/certifikat_och_utbildning/teoriutbildning/provvakter170905.pdf

ATO Recommendation The student must have a recommendation in the respective subject to be able to take the examination. If the students fail the examination in a subject the ATO must submit a new recommendation, otherwise it will not be possible to take a re-test.
