because of talent shortages

How Can You Be Involved?• Host a high school or college student as an intern at your company• Provide job shadow opportunities for younger students • Connect your company as a sponsor at TechFEST12• Host a table at TechFEST12 to connect your company to hundreds of

high school students and their parents and educators• Join the Speakers Bureau and become a resource to teachers

throughout the Northeast Indiana region
