If you are experiencing a licensing issue here’s your checklist:

• Make sure that you have installed the release 13.0 academic product & are not trying to use your new license file with an older installation!

• Do not try & work out what product or features you should have by looking at the license file.

Academic Meshing - Parallel

• Shared Memory Parallel Meshing is included all ANSYS Academic products that contain ICEM CFD meshing.

• The following ICEM CFD meshing methods support Shared Memory Parallel (SMP):–Refinement of Octree Tetra–Advancing front Tetra–Note that fitting to geometry, flood fill and other parts of the

simultaneously for an MFX solution.
