Deepali Jain bagged 97.4% in Commerce stream and emerged as the Panchkula topper.
She is now studying in SRCC Delhi, the top most college for Commerce students in the
country. 22% of the students have scored 90% and above. Debashish scored 94.4% in
science stream and Vibhuti Lamba scored 92.6% in Humanities.
Anish Singh scored 98.6% in class X and got first position in the school. 35% of the
students have scored 90% and above and 34% students have scored above 80%. Anish
Singh scored perfect 100 in Social Science and Information Technology and Kirtika also
scored 100 in Information Technology.
An Interschool competition was organised by Vidya Peeth Memorial where in our student
Abhimanyu Chibber bagged the second prize in the competition Historic Shipwreck. Our
students Tanya, Mannan, Jasmeet and Jhanvi bagged the first prize in ‘Psycho Socio
Fair’ organised by St. John School, Chandigarh.
Our Quiz Maestros Raghav Gupta and Abhimanyu Chibber as they bagged the third
prize in Quiz Competition organised by Army Public School, Chandimandir. Raghav
Gupta and Jasnoor Singh bagged the second prize in an Interschool Science Exhibition
organised by Sky World School, Panchkula.
Shreya Pathania bagged the best orator for the motion in an inter-school Debate
competition organised by the The Gurukul School. Abhimanyu Chibber bagged the first
consolation prize in 4th Mohinder Memorial Bilingual Turncoat Debate organised by
Pinegrove School, Dharampur. Mansha Sharma bagged the best delegate in GGSM
School, Sector-15 Chandigarh. Guntaas Singh bagged the High Commendation award
and Mansha Sharma got Special Mention award in Bhavan Vidyalaya MUN-2019.
Ishita Bhardwaj bagged the first prize in Intelligentia Debate Competition. Mansha
Sharma got the first prize in Verses v/s Verses Poetry Competition. Bhavya and Aarav
bagged the first prize in Nut Crackers.
Hardika Narang was awarded a consolation prize in Word, the vision - Picture
Composition competition. Our students Mansha Sharma, Abhimanyu Chibber and
Guntaas Singh participated in MUN organized by various schools and bagged the Best
Delegate, Special Mention and High Commendation award respectively.
Our school Basketball Team (Girls) won U-14 and U-17 District Champions Trophy 6
times in a row. U-19 (Girls) team also won District Champions Trophy 3 times in a row.
Basketball Team (Girls) also won 1st position (U-17) and 2
nd position (U-14) in tricity in
3 on 3 Championship.
Basketball Girls won CBSE Cluster Games (U-17) and represented the school at
National Level. Our Basketball Girls Team also won Khel Mahakumb organised by
Haryana Sports Department.
Our school Lawn Tennis Team won various medals in U-14, U-17 & U-19 categories and
students’ selected for State Level.
Soccer Team (Boys) won Bronze Medal in U-19 category in Inter-School District
Championship.
The energetic athletes of our school, Soumya and Sai Deepti won Gold Medals in Inter-
School Zonal Athletics and bagged the Bronze Medal in State Level Relay Race.
Amanveer bagged the Gold Medal in 3000m in U-19 category. Nishtha bagged the first
position in 100m in U-19 category. Muskaan won Gold Medal in 100m in U-19. Eva won
Bronze Medal in 400m and Simran won Bronze Medal in 1500m in U-17 category.
Namgeet won Bronze Medal in 600m in U-14 category. Nipun bagged the Third Position
in 100m and Ankita bagged the second position in 400m in U-19 category. Kunal won
Gold Medal in 100m and 200m race in U-19 boys’ category.
Soumya is the proud recipient of the cash price of Rs. 4500 at the Khel Mahakumbh
Athletic Event. She bagged 2 Silver Medals and 2 Bronze Medals in various categories.
Pratham Sodhi selected as Captain of Chandigarh Cricket Team in BCCI State
Tournament. In U-19 category our players bagged the Third Position and Sagar Sharma,
Nageshwar and Ish Mehra have represented State.
In Taekwondo Inter-School District Competitions Prabhjot Kaur in U-14 and Dimple in
under 17 won Gold Medal. Drishti won Silver Medal and Samaira won Bronze Medal in
U-14 category. Dimple and Prabhjot Kaur represented themselves in the state level
Taekwondo.
Bhavik Jindal who won 2 Gold, 5 Silver and 4 Bronze Medals in various Taekwondo
Competitions. He also won 2 Gold, 1 Silver and 1 Bronze Medal in Skating Competitions.
Rishab won Bronze Medal in 1st DC Malik Open National Taekwondo Championship.
Paramjeet of our school participated in Haryana School State Gymnastics.
School’s Contribution towards Environment Protection
1. The segregation of waste, recycling of organic waste, disposal of all types of waste is
carried in the school on daily basis to save environment.
The school is awarded Swachh Vidyalaya Puraskar (Panchkula) in 2018 by
Government of Haryana
2. LED bulbs and lights are installed in the classrooms and in school campus to save
energy.
3. The school is equipped with Solar Energy which helps in saving energy.
4. The school is conducting workshops, cleanliness drives to promote awareness on
environmental conservation and cleanliness amongst students and parents.
5. We feel proud to announce that we are now a Plastic Free school and we keep
sensitizing our students regularly about the need to make our surroundings clean for
healthy living.
6. The school has beautiful gardens for which our school has won many prizes.
