3 Steps to Register* *new online registration

1. MSHSL brochure and emergency information (to be completed once per year)• NEW THIS YEAR: Go to “Athletics/Activities” webpage to complete online (should take about 10

minutes)

2. Pay your athletics/activity fee online • NEW THIS YEAR: Pay activity fee through Parent Portal (or by bringing in check/cash to the

High School Office)

3. Up-to-date physical on file (they are good for three years)
