Ox, or the letter “X”, relax byraising your hands high overyour head and then letting
your arms hang down as you take

painting, pretend to hold a paint brush,
paint with up and down strokes, and say Polly Panda’s sound.

the letter “A”, think of addingon an abacus, form an
addition sign by crossing your arms
