Angelique Euro Café pours its heart out to charity onTuesday, June 7th for a Belgium Beer Dinner with aportion of the proceeds benefiting the Leukemia & LymphomaSociety.

Angelique's Chef Max Heymann has teamed up with BelgiumBrewmasters from Stella Artois, Hoegaarden, and Leffe, tooffer a 4-course beer-infused menu with beverage pairings. Thedinner is priced at $49 per person and guests will take home theirchoice of Belgian beer glass as well as a beer and food pairingbooklet.

The event starts at 6:30pm thru 9pm with a meet and greet cocktailand a nine-step ritual given by the Brewmasters on the perfect pour,an explanation of the brewing process, brands’ history and reasonfor particular food pairing by course. The 4-Course dinner startspromptly at 7pm and includes:

Drunken Chorizo | Paired with Leffe BlondeSpanish Chorizo cooked in Leffe sauce

Hoegaarden Moules | Paired with HoegaardenP.E.I. mussels steamed in a Hoegaarden & fennel broth

Beer-Braised Osso Bucco | Paired with Stella Artoisserved with Stella Artois-flavored au jus

Blackberry Peach Almond Tart | Paired Leffe BlondeLightly baked blackberry and peach almond tart
