Well now we can earn money through it.Just click an image and upload it on Rentit site and find a tenant who want to take it.This way your stuff remains yours and it will earn you some good bucks.Above all it will be used by those who really need this.

• To provide a platform to rent things upon • Instead of permanently losing things by selling just giving them away for a time being.

COURSE OF ACTION

• This app will basically be a E-Commerce platform to share your things upon not to sell them but to rent them.

• It will compete with major E-Commerce sites like OLX to shift the consumer market from selling things to renting them.

The major income invested upon the app will be the one required to develop it and the one that will provide a secure server to do transactions upon.For the transaction purpose we can take the help of pre-existing apps such as pay-tm.

PRODUCT LINE AND APP. EARNINGS

• Our product line will be highly based upon the things that people share to rent

• Things which are below 1000Rs. Will be charged a different fee to be put on site than the things which are above it.

• Rental structure--- 2% daily charges on mrp. for below 1000Rs. mrp. products shared 4% daily charges on mrp. for above 1000Rs. mrp. products shared• The site will take a tax of 5% over the rent total rent imposed.

MAKET ANALYSIS

• The major customers will be college students and the working class between 20-30 years.

• Competitors include RENTNYTHING and the online selling apps such as OLX.

• Collaborators will be included as per needs but an online transaction method should be there which will require consents from different banks.

VALUE PROPOSITION

• For target customers it will provide a means to earn from something which is equivalent to garbage.

• Also those who need things and still don’t want to but them, this will be a great platform.

• For collaborators; which will include banks; there will be increased online transactions which will lead to a free advertisement and popularity as we can encourage to use a particular bank’s net banking by providing discounts.

TACTICS

• Brand will work on the motto “Don’t need it; Rent it” or “Why to sell it when you can Rent it”.

• The more you share the more benefits you get like discount coupons, free of rent items and as you rent more, more options will open up. It will be like online gaming where you require premium pass to access certain valuable stuff.

• The app will keep a track record of your browsing history and thus offer you the things to rent as per your requirement.

• If someone wants to keep the item rented; it can negotiate with the one who uploaded it.

COMMUNICATION

The main channel of communication to spread this app will be the social media• Popularising it among friends by encouraging them to use it personally.• Posting it on facebook and whatsapp groups for free to let people have

a first hand experience.• Then encouraging them to but the premium version by renting some

expensive items like psp or xbox.

IMPLEMENTATION

ORGANISATION• Firstly it will need an android developer who will constantly

maintain and update the app according to customers’ need.• Second we need a marketing manager who can develop

advertisements to popularise aap in market.• Third is a celebrity endorsement to encourage people to buy

or use the app.

BUSINESS PROCESSES

• The developer team will firstly go room to room to encourage people to rent stuff which they don’t use

• Secondly they will share items by themselves to increase stocks.• Thirdly the survey will be constant and their may be a need of

campaigns making people sharing things to rent and not ti sell.
