ThestudentbecomesacademicallyineligiblebeforethefirstmandatorypracticesetbyOHSAA.

Thefeemustbepaidinfullonorbeforethedatelistedontheattachedsheet.SteeleparticipationfeesshouldbepaidatthehighschoolofficeandAJHparticipationfeesatthejunior

Feesarenon-refundablewiththefollowingexceptions:

Theparticipationfeedoesnotguaranteeanystudentplayingtime.

AllformsandfeesmustbereturnedinasealedenvelopetotheAthleticDepartmentatthehighschoolorjuniorhighschool.

Norefundswillbeissuedaftertheseasonstarts(FirstmandatoryOHSAApracticedates).Activitieswillbeofferedonlywhenqualifiedcoachesandadvisorsareavailable.

Iftheminimumnumberdesignatedforaparticularsportoractivityisnotreachedbythedeadlinedate,thatparticularactivitywillbecancelled.

Thestudentdoesnotmaketheteam.Astudentsuffersaseason-endinginjurypriortothefirstgame.Thestudentmovesoutofthedistrictpriortothefirstgame.

Asportoractivityiscancelledduetoinsufficientnumbers.

Theextracurricularactivitieslistedonpagetworequirea$400.00participationfee.Note:Thisisaone-timeparticipationfeefortheacademicyear.Forstudentsoneandtwoinafamily,thefeeforparticipationwillbefourhundreddollars($400.00)perstudent.Anyadditionalstudentslivinginthesamehouseholdwillpaytwohundreddollars($200.00)peraddtionalstudent.PleasemakethecheckormoneyorderpayabletoAmherstExemptedVillageSchools.VisaandMasterCardareacceptedviaPayForItorinpersonatthehighschool.Pleasenotethereisnoscholarship
