Ingredients1 glass flour

2 tbsp. sugar

⅕ tsp. baking soda¼ tsp. citric acid

½ tsp. salt 1 egg1 glass milk

3 tbsp. olive oil

In a bowl, stir

together the flour,

sugar, baking soda,

citric acid and salt.

Add the egg, milk and olive oil.

Preheat your

frying pan. Pour

your mixture

with tablespoo

n.

Turn your pancakes when you

can see air bubbles on

the pancakes.

Your pancakes

are ready.

You can eat them

with honey, jam,

syrup or berries.

Enjoy yourself!
