Pizza FonduePizza Fondue 2-11 oz. cans fiesta nacho cheese soup, undiluted 1½ cups (6 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese or 4 cheese blend ¾ cup pizza sauce ½ cup milk 1 tsp. Italian Herb seasoning ½ cup chopped pepperoni Bread or chips for dipping

Combine first 5 ingredients in the 6 ½ cup Heat n Serve. Microwaveon medium for 3-5 min, stirring every minute with the Saucy SiliconeSpatula until cheese melts and mixture is smooth. Stir in pepperoni.Spoon mixture into the Chef Series Fondue Pot. Serve with bread orchips.

Yield: 4 cups

Chocolate FondueChocolate Fondue 1/2 cup heavy cream 12 oz. semi-sweet or bittersweet chocolate 1/2 tsp. cinnamon-vanilla seasoning or 1 Tbs. Frangelico or Grand Marnier liquor, opt. 

Heat cream & chocolate in microwave at 50% power for 1-2 minutes stirring every 30 seconds, or bring cream to a low boil in a heavy saucepot, remove and add chocolate, stirring until blended. Stir in seasoning or liquor. Transfer to fondue pot.

Dip & enjoy!

If fondue begins to thicken, add 1 Tbs. cream at a time to thin.
