Common Ailments of the Digestive

System

DiarrheaOccurs when the lining of the

intestineis irritated due to infection or

other reasons.

Watery feces pass through the intestine more frequently than

usual.

The person may also experience

pain in the abdomen.

The body may also lose too much water and

salts. This condition is calledDehydr

Foods that are not clean.

Drink plenty of water.

and their action produces an acid.

This acid can dissolve the

hard surface of your teeth

Brush your teeth after each meal.

Chew a ginger or settle in the affected area a

smashed garlic.
