• Z home-made strojov, cez najmodernejšiu technológiu k optimalizácii

• Problém voda a buriny!

• Pestovanie podľa správnej farmárskej praxe (bio?)

• Ručná práca! • Kvalita!

• Zázemie

Ekonomika

• Cena založenia 1 ha od 4000-7000 euro

Udržateľnosť a efektivita malých a rodinných fariem očami

začínajúceho mladého farmára

SHR Ing. Ladislav Balázs 27.11.2014, Hokovce

Obsah

• Prečo prvovýroba

• Myšlienka a stratégia

• Zázemie a plány do budúcnosti

Prečo prvovýroba

• Rodinná firma - predaj strojov a technológií – Prístup k najnovším poznatkom (výstavy, školenia,

farmy) – Priama dostupnosť najnovších strojov a technológií

(dodávatelia, zákazníci) – Vlastná výroba, nielen poradenstvo

• Poľnohospodárska pôda v prenájme – Areál s poľnohospodárskou pôdou, rybníkom a

skleníkmi • Diverzifikácia podnikateľskej činnosti v danom

odvetví • zvýšenie kvality a podielu domácich produktov

na trhu – udržanie malých rodinných fariem

Myšlienka a stratégia

• Prvovýroba – rodinná tradícia trochu inak – predchádzajúce generácie – RV aj ŽV – bez finalizácie – strata ekonomickej efektivity

• Nová myšlienka – využívanie najmodernejších technológií a

poznatkov – finalizácia a priamy predaj výrobkov – dynamické prispôsobovanie sa trhu a

neustály pokrok

Zázemie a plány do budúcnosti

• Okres Galanta

• Poľnohospodárska pôda cca 1,5 ha • Skleníky • Prevádzková budova • Rybník • Vybudovanie farmy - 3 fázový časový

harmonogram

Rybník

Pôda

Skleník

Zázemie a plány do budúcnosti

• Poľnohospodárska pôda - 1,5 ha (fáza I) – prvé založenie úrody v roku 2014 – Pôdoochranné technológie a podpora

biologického života v pôde – Špeciálne plodiny ako surovina pre vlastné

produkty – Mechanizácia v službách, časom vlastná

Zázemie a plány do budúcnosti

• 4 skleníky (fáza II) – Bývalé záhradníctvo – Nutná rekonštrukcia – fondy EÚ – Pestovanie špeciálnych plodín – Zelenina, liečivé rastliny – Výroba vlastných výrobkov a priamy predaj

Zázemie a plány do budúcnosti

• Prevádzková budova (fáza II)

• Priamo pri skleníkoch • Nutná rekonštrukcia • Inžinierske siete pri budove • Prevádzkareň a predaj z dvora
