Objectives• To become a point of reference for geographic data policy
research in Europe
• To liase with, support, and influence the activities of national and European organisations with a stake in the development of data policies
• To identify sources of funding for collaborative cross-national research.
• To undertake joint research projects aimed at developing knowledge and influence policy in these domains.
• To develop a repository of case-study material for cross-national comparison.
• To develop a shared bibliography of reference material for research and teaching.
