Examples Reports / ScreensFigure A-1: User Interface Basics

Dynamic Toolbar, Tabbed windows, Left-Side Menu Panel.

Data Editors and Report Criteria support “Smart Filters” to narrow selections, CTRL-click, click-drag select, etc.

Ribbon atop reports allow for save to various formats, scaling, watermarks, margins, direct email, etc.

Figure A-2: Linear Editor

• Gives you access to more data fields (null codes, qualifiers, raw value, etc.)• Smart Filter Fields make it easy to narrow selection for easy selection and action

(e.g., show me all the invalid values that are not flagged as calibration)• Right-click options for flagging, null coding, annotation, batch editing, etc.

Figure A-6: Manual Poll / Sync

• Node Syncs can be set for any desired average interval(s)• Calibrations, annotations, logbook entries also polled• Bidirectional sync of channel/calibration configurations ensure all sites kept in proper

Figure A-25 E-mail Alarm Setup Window

Any number of alarms can be set up, with various recipients controlled via the Subscriptions Editor. Alarms can be sent to desktop email, or cellphone/smartphone via SMS.

Alarm triggers include the ability to ‘inhibit’ alarms during certain conditions (cal, maintenance, etc.).

Alarms can be easily set on analyzer performance parameters (temperature, flows, etc.) to alert field technicians about current or pending analyzer problems.

AQI Monthly Matrix / Group Report*

(Can be run on one site or the entire network. This report makes a good published web p.on the web site)

AQI Levels Report

Shows AQI categories over any user-defined time period, as well as a statewide summary of number of days in each category.
