The arrow embedded on top of the numbers make it clear to the user that the correct sequence will be formed vertically on that particular line.

The arrow again, is a very significant sign for the user. The regulator of the fan is used such that the desired number ( i.e speed ) can be brought to the arrow pointing upward.

This cutter has two very obvious affordances.

Firstly the form of the slider has a number of grooves in it that gives the object a very firm grip to move around in a controlled manner.

Secondly, To change the blade, an arrow pointing upwards clearly indicates the opening of the lower part of the cutter such that a new blade can be inserted.

The pull tab, found on most beverage cans has a space for putting our finger, forming a grip and eventually pulling it.

The handle at the back of this sharpener, regulates the movement such that the pencil and be sharpened. The motion followed is circular, and is in sync with the speed at which the blade is being rotated inside the console .

The scroll on the mouse has a soft texture with grooves on it giving the finger a firm and controlled movement for navigation purposes.

The analog button on a game controller has a grainy texture so that the finger ( mainly thumb ) has a appropriate grip over the controller and is sensitive to the movement and navigation desired in the game.

The slight protrusion on the tape roll along with the texture makes us touch the tape and feel the two sides so as to have the knowledge about the quality and quantity needed for use.

The form of the thumb pin is such that one is able to pick it up with two fingers and apply pressure as well from the back. The form of this object allows the human fingers to pick it up without getting hurt from the tip of the pin.

The lever at the bottom of the dustbin, due to its position and form instigates the user to push it by it’s foot that enables the lid to open up.
