What Is It?
Encourage employers to offer job opportunities to eligible Singaporean
PMETs who are LTU
and/or made redundant
Tap on work experience and build Singaporean
core
Target Audience
Singapore Citizen PMETs aged 40 and above who are made redundant; or
unemployed for six months or more
Singapore Citizen PMETs aged below 40 who are made redundant and unemployed for six months or more
Requirement
Offer a monthly gross
salary of at least $4,000 (basic salary plus allowances attracting CPF contribution)

PMax Programme Eligibility
Be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident;
Seeking employment in an SME, or working in the current SME for not
more than three months prior to programme enrolment;
Possess educational qualifications that are Diploma or higher, and/or is employed or have prior work experience in a PME position;
Have a minimum of one-year full-time work experience after graduation; and
Offered with PMET job within the SME, which offers a gross monthly salary
of at least $2,500
Have an annual sales turnover (at group level) of not more than S$100
million OR employment size (at group level) not exceeding 200
employees; and minimum 30% local shareholding by Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents

Job-seeking PMETs will be screened and matched
into suitable positions in hiring SMEs by
Programme Managers (PMs)
SMEs with newly-hired PMETs (no more than 3
months) are also eligible to participate.

Follow-up
Upon completion of both workshops, the appointed
P-Max PMs will follow-up with the newly-trained
PMET personnel and their SME Reps for a period
of six months

PMETs will attend the respective SME and PMET
workshops (e.g. project management, leadership)
Both workshops enjoy up to 90% WSQ course

4. Assistance
Grant SMEs that successfully complete the six-month
follow-up and retain their newly-hired PMET
employee(s) will then be eligible for a one-off
grant of $5,000 (per SME).
