EMAIL is an electronic system of communication where computer users can compose a message containing texts and different attachments and then send it to other computer users so that they can view it.

BLOG is any published informations by writers on a certain website that are mostly based on their experiences, observations, opinions, etc. This sometimes serves as a online diary of a person.

ONLINE CHAT refers to the communication of the sender and the receiver over the internet. This includes the social networks we have today like Facebook.

SOCIAL BOOKMARKING refers to the saving of websites for future use. The computer users save them on web rather than on the browser. This is also use in sharing websites with other persons.

URL stands for Unifrom Resource Locator. An URL is specific address used all over the Internet for easy and standardized access of informations.

STREAMING refers to the playing of audio or video as it is partially downloading on your computer device. Users are able to access audio and video easily and fast while downloading and they don’t need to wait for a long time just to play them.

PODCAST is any audioblog that can be found all over the internet which a computer users can play and download it for personal use.

VoIP stands for Voice on Internet Protocol. It enables the computer users to make voice telephony services over the Internet.
