* Before upgrading the new ISP firmware v1.00.30, please make sure your camera firmware is FW v5.01.07 or later version. Please upgrade camera firmware first before upgrading ISP firmware.

Q3. How do I upgrade firmware?

(1) Download the firmware package “FW_V5.01.07-AC-ISP_V1.00.30” from product page on http://www.acti.com

ISP firmware folder

(2) Open IP Utility, find the camera, fill in account and password, then select “Firmware Upgrade”.

(3) In the upgrade window, upload “ISP-F-100-V1.00.30.bin” image to upgrade ISP firmware first, click “Apply", then “C1-V1.00.30.bin” image for ISP Resource.
