Generally they should not express their personal opinion but seek to clarify and extend the thinking of other people, depending on the purpose and stage of the collaboration. Moderating a dialogue by combining a voice and a strategy that are not necessarily the e‑moderator’s own, requires concentration and diligence to master.” (Collison et al 2000 cited in Moving out of the Middle)
