The ACME Seminar is an international knowledge exchange course beween the Politecnico Milano and the Graz Technical University.

The course aims to familiarize students with the all �elds of Construction Management and Building Economics. They will acquire advanced knowledge of international engineering duties with a special focus on Austrian and Italian construction principles.

Speci�c knowledge and vocabulary of construction management, concepts, cost estimation, pricing, forms of compensation, basics of pricing, organisation, controlling, project administrati-on will be taught and for a further understanding, the lectures will be combined with �eld studies and site visits. Furthermore a deeper insight into topics as BIM, integrated building systems, aquisition and competition, tendering, general conditions of contract will be given.
