Quality“Quality” - “degree to which a set of inherent

characteristics fulfils requirements.” [ISO]

•Degree: refers to a level to which a product or service satisfies. ~depending upon level of satisfaction, excellent

• Inherent characteristics: those features that are a part of the product or service and are responsible to achieve satisfaction.
