Accessing GOSH Services

from any computer

From a PC

Install the free Citrix Receiver software from www.citrix.com/en-gb/downloads/citrix-

receiver/.

Open a Chrome Browser and navigate to the GOSH portal at

https://portal3.gosh.nhs.uk.

Login with your GOSH username and password.

You can access EPIC from here or go to the Apps tab and launch GOSH

services using the Apps.

To access GOSH Staff Terminal Services, click on the Remote Desktop icon

and type GOSH-StaffTS, select connect and log in with your GOSH username

and password.

To access your GOSH computer type in the hostname or IP of the computer login

with your GOSH username and password, select connect and login with your

GOSH credentials.

From a Mac

Install the latest free Citrix Receiver software from https://www.citrix.com/en-

gb/downloads/citrix-receiver/.

Open either Safari browser or Chrome browser and navigate to the GOSH portal at

https://portal3.gosh.nhs.uk.
