What is Accessibility Testing?

It is a subset of usability testing. Software is tested to decide the accessibility

of the software for those with disabilities.

Who to consider ?

Software developer/tester should keep in mind the people with:Blindness or low visionDeafness or hearing lossLimited movementPhotosensitivitySpeech disabilitiesReading disordersNeurological disabilities

Collection of guidelines, which states the accessibility standards for web software.

Has 4 principles which consists of 12 guidelines. Within the guidelines, there are success criteria with 3 different

levels: A, AA, AAA.

media Guideline 3: Adaptable Guideline 4: Distinguishable

Guideline 5: Keyboard Accessible

Guideline 9: Readable Guideline 10: Predictable Guideline 11: Input Assistance

Guideline 12: Compatible

Accessibility Color Wheel: helps make the choice of color pair to use for foreground and background in the software.
