For the past 22 years, St. Mary's High School students apply to be a part of a service team called Project Rebuild, which takes place in Webster Springs, West Virginia. Each year, the team raises funds for the trip and sets out on a faith-filled journey to help improve the living conditions of the residents in this extreme, low income community.

A highlight of the Saint Mary's High School experience is Freshman Camp, which takes place in August each year as a way to welcome the incoming freshmen to the School. Lifelong friendships are formed just after one week at Camp Marist, located inNew Hampshire. Seniors jump at the chance to return to camp as counselors each summer.
