TITLE: AN ORDINANCE REZONING THE REMAINING P-1 AND R-3 ZONED PROPERTY WITHIN MIDWAY STATION TO THE B-5 AND I-1 ZONE DESIGNATIONS.
WHEREAS, the Versailles-Midway-Woodford County Planning and Zoning Commission has unanimously recom-mended to the Midway City Council that the zone designation of 11.456 acres of property located within Midway Station on McKinney Avenue currently zoned P-1 (Professional) and 20.57 acres located within Midway Station on McKinney Avenue currently zoned R-3 (Medium Density Residential) be rezoned to the B-5 (High-
way Interchange Service) and I-1 ( Light Industrial) zone designations; and
WHEREAS, the Midway City Council has adopted the Findings of Fact and Rec-ommendation of the Planning Commission to rezone the subject property,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF MIDWAY, KENTUCKY, as follows:
Section 1. The 7.218 acre tract de-scribed as Tract A on the attached Exhibit A is hereby rezoned from the P-1 zone designation to the B-5 zone designation.
Section 2. The 4.238 acre tract de-scribed as Tract B on the attached Exhibit A is hereby rezoned from the P-1 zone designation to the I-1 zone designation.
