PROBLEM STATEMENT
GENERAL OBJECTIVE
To identify the institutional values according to their benefits on the learning teaching processes of English as a Second Language (ESL) of 9thgraders at Cindea Estrada High School through a methodological proposal considering the culture of the academic community.
To evidence the main academic problem that 9th graders face in the English learning teaching processes in regards to values
To identify the values of the High School community
compared with main academic problem detected in the 9th graders related with the lack of values.
SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES
To determine the level on which value reinforcement stratagems influence the teaching and learning of English as a foreign language
To develop a methodological proposal considering the gap between the values in the English teaching learning processes of 9th graders as well as the culture of the academic community.

JUSTIFICATION
The point is that through axiology is highlighted that teachers going to an interested aim, but not only in the quantity of knowledge that students acquire but also in the quality of life that becomes possible.
Nowadays society reflects the lost of values in citizens, just by hearing the daily news, people know what is the real situation that families from all over the world are living, for example:
Murder, kidnappings, robbery, family violence, drug addiction make us reflect in people`s necessity to start a change promptly with a moral philosophy

Community Learning Language is a method that would benefit this study about values in Cindea of Estrada community by its implementation and development of stratagems throughout teachers which want to promote simple but effective ways of leading students to the real objective and consequently obtaining set out goals.
COMMUNITY LEARNING LANGUAGE
The cooperative learning is other tool that bring us a wide open field of threaten with student in such areas regarding to values, by its methodological way of working teachers can establish a culture of values in classrooms, besides that looking for a solid internal base of values in students is the main goal when implementing this conception in Cindea of Estrada.
COOPERATIVE LEARNING LANGUAGE
Is considered as a principle which helps people to understand how to really act or take right decisions in accordance of their activities and needs.
ETHIC
In education values can be the base of an integral student who does not work only for academic purposes but also a person who understands the problematic that societies are living day by day, a student with values is warranty to a future employer because of positives attitudes, feelings, preferences, needs and dispositions are aspects.

Objective 1To evidence the main academic problems that 9th graders face in the English learning teaching processes in regards to values. ConclusionBased on the objective number 1 there are many problems that students are facing such as lack of values like: respect, love, kindness and responsibility.This entire situation is a problematic that affects students’ academic pace and creates a negative family atmosphere were all can be affected.
CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMENDATIONS
Recommendation
To begin with the creation of a culture of values in Cindea of Estrada and teach 9 graders students how to deal in negative and situation practicing love, respect, kindness and discipline.
Objective 2To identify the values of the High School community compared with main academic problem detected in the 9th graders related with the lack of values.
ConclusionIt necessary to remark that the community of Matina is one of the most dangerous and affected places of Costa Rica by different scourges related with the lack of values, such as: thievery, drug addiction, murder and high school violence. By the implementation of a plan students can learn how to overcome all this problematic with the application of love, discipline, respect and kindness.
Recommendation
To create a plan or program using methodological elements for the explanation of values and its importance in life, family, high school and work place.
Objective 3To determine the level on which value reinforcement stratagems influence the teaching and learning of English as a foreign language.
ConclusionThe level of students is under expectations and all this is because they are not motivated for different reasons, but by the implementation of a helpful stratagem students can be benefited for the influence of values during the learning process of English as a foreign language.
Recommendation
To implement the plan or program of values rescue in the Cindea of Estrada and give students the possibility to be a better person.
Objective 4To develop a methodological proposal considering the gap between the values in the English teaching learning processes of 9th graders as well as the culture of the academic community. ConclusionThe implementation and development of the methodological proposal in the English teaching learning processes for 9 grades about values is what defines a descriptive result based on the evaluation obtained and some quantitative elements taken into consideration bring the possibility to improve and find other levels, positive levels in the scale of values.
Recommendation
To make a feedback related implementation of the methodological proposal in the English teaching learning processes for 9 grades about values in order to improve all aspects that represents a problem for students.

To develop a methodological proposal considering the gap

To develop a workshop where students going to know more about different values and its importance for the life by to inculcate in the society good habits and people with Ethic.
To show a series of videos where students can identify
society problematic for the lack of values nowadays by motivate the students and community in the acquisition of new language using full values.
