Multiple Personalities? No! Personalities vary, they are human traits

Multiple Manifestations? No! God appeared or acted in a great number of ways. These were simply choices God made based on the circumstances, not inherent to His nature.

If the Father is God…and the Son is God…

and the Holy Spirit is God…

Then the Father, Son & Holy Spirit are simply different views or manifestations of one being - God
