The term “coaching” literally comes from an old Anglo-Saxon word for a carriage, which is something that takes you from where you are now to where you want to be. Therefore coaching is a vehicle to transport a person from where they are now in their life to where they want to be.
Coaching is guiding another with the aim of facilitating them to
reach their unique potential
