Mrs. Kathryn Miskosky reportedthat the food sale and bazaarwhich the club sponsored for thebenefit of its service fund netteda profit of $293.02. Mrs. S. Spi-tale was awarded the basket ofcheer and hand painted metal trayand highball set; Mrs. KathrynBozotis of Flushing, a basket offood; Mrs. Frieda Holzer of Pat-chogue, a 9x12 fiber rug-- Mrs.Olga Roe of Blue Point , a hatdesigned by Mme. Giuri.

The club voted to present p . SJ.00award to a high school girlgraduate in Suffolk county inJune, 1958, to be used toward hercollege course in chemistry orphysics . The award shall be;called"The Soroptimist International ofSuffolk County Award." ¦*

The Club is also sponsoring alittle Greek girl through J'SaveThe Children Federation , * Inc."Christmas packages and clothingwere sent to the child. Baby-clothes and layettes, which arebadly needed at Pilgrim Statehospita l were collected and sentto the hospital .
