TIP NO. 1: UPLOAD SLIDESHARES You are viewing a slideshare

presentation right now.

You can upload powerpoint presentations, AUDIO powerpoint presentations AND PDF files.

It’s a great way to share valuable content on Twitter.

TIP NO. 2: CROSS PROMOTE OTHER SOCIAL MEDIA On Twitter, ask people to

follow you on your other social media platforms like Instagram or Facebook.

Extra tip: Use a “tease” post like “I uploaded a new picture on our Facebook page. (link)”

TIP NO. 3: USE QUOTES

Quote industry leaders.

RT quotes from experts or…

Use your own quotes (like I do)

Subscribe to enewsletters for quotes or make up your own and save in a place like Evernote

TIP NO 4: ASK QUESTIONS

Ask compelling, interesting questions; get compelling, interesting answers.

You can even incentive responses with a free guide or pen or something like that.

If someone answers, say “thank you”.

TIP NO. 5: INCLUDE NEWS UPDATES These can be updates on your

industry or your company.

Keep the updates to a minimum and make the tweets interesting.

TIP NO. 6: POST BLOGS

There is no reason you should do all that work and NOT share it.

Remember that anytime you post, ASK for retweets AND subscribers to your blog.

TIP NO. 7: USE PHOTOS

Photos will get noticed before words.

Use relevant pictures with your tweets that are CREATIVE, yet relevant.

For example, if you have a NEW announcement or service initiative…-

TIP NO. 8: POST VIDEOS

Video content is wonderful and provides a GREAT return on investment (ROI).

Videos are more appealing than even photos.

Videos should be a part of your overall online marketing plan.
