Make a list of everything, ALL of your tasks, that you have to get done to achieve your goal/outcome

Rank these tasks in order of their importance from 1 to 51 being most important; 5 being least important

Indicate whether you would be better off completing the task during a high energy period of the day e.g. 9am, or a low energy period e.g. 3pm

Decide which tasks you can delegate to someone else and pass them on.
