Consistently  Plan  Your  Day  in  Advance  Define  your  vision  and  develop  a  plan  for  fulfilling  your  vision.  Have  a  weekly  schedule  to  know  what  to  do  each  day.    

How  to  Develop  the  5  Habits  

Have  a  Daily  Ritual  and  PracGce  It  Consistently  Don’t  waste  your  precious  early  mornings.  Level  up!  Start  you  day  with  30  mins.  to  1  hour  of  ac?vi?es  that  upliS  you.    

Consistently  Focus  on  High  Priority  Tasks  and  Goals    Forget  mul?-­‐tasking.  Focus  is  the  secret  to  produc?vity.    Finish  your  top  task  before  moving  to  the  next.    

Take  Breaks  Consistently  Take  short  breaks  every  60  to  90  mins  to  recharge.  Take  long  breaks  aSer  accomplishing  major  tasks.    

Consistently  Learn  and  Apply  What  You  Learn  Read  self-­‐help  books  and  take  trainings.    Get  a  coach  to  keep  you  accountable.  5
