5 things to do every Monday

Exercise

It does not have to be a hard workout but exercise is good for the mind and body. It will help you ease your stress and gets your week off to a good start. Check out Move It Monday

Make a list

Start your week off with a fresh to do list by day or by week. It makes you feel more organized and lets you feel the satisfaction of getting things done.

Do the things you dread most… First

If you save that dreaded task for last, it hangs over your head for a long time, potentially until Friday! Do the task that you fear/dread the most or think is going to be the most difficult. This will give you a great sense of accomplishment. It will make the rest of your week seem like a breeze and keep you motivated!

Eat well and Hydrate

After a long weekend where you may have splurged, Monday is a great day to start off healthy. Drink lots of water and eat all those vegetables you never actually put on your pizza.

Reward yourself

Fun does not have to be saved for the weekends. Make sure you wrap up your Monday with something fun and special for you. Reward yourself for checking off all of those things on your list and starting your week off right!
