2. The lump is opportunistic. - an intersection of economy and excess, performance and form, the simple and the strange.

3. The lump is low-tech. - generated from mundane forms, materials, and structure.`4. The lump is an urbanistic social morphology. - it dissolves conventional boundaries and connects the micro and the macro.

5. The lump represents a community that morphs in response to unprecedented context.
