• Every Victorian child should have the opportunity to learn vital

swimming and water safety skills regardless of location, physical capability, cultural background and socio-economic circumstances.

• All Victorians understand and are educated about the risk and benefits of aquatics and take responsibility for their own well being.

• Stakeholders provide feedback opportunities to drive continual improvement.

• Ensure consistency in service delivery across all areas of facility operation.
