SEDIMENT & EROSION CONTROL NOTES
ALL EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL MEASURES SHALL BE IN CONFORMANCE WITH THENEW YORK STATE MANUAL FOR EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL.
THE TOWN ENGINEER MAY REQUIRE ADDITIONAL EROSION CONTROL MEASURES IF DEEMEDAPPROPRIATE TO MITIGATE UNFORSEEN SILTATION AND EROSION OF DISTURBED SOILS.
