Case 9 :

28 yr, Female.

Swelling at the nape of neck since 1 year.

Clinical diagnosis : ? Fibrolipoma ? Malignant change.

Gross : Poorly circumscribed lesion of 3.2 x 2.5 x 1.5 cm which is firm in consistency with focal glistening surface.

Large enlarged posterolateral neck node measuring 2.4 x 2.3 x 1.5 cm.

Bilateral parotids and submandibular salivary glands are normal.

Case 10 :

43 yr, Male.

Gastroscopy - Ulceroproliferative growth in stomach.

? Ca stomach.

Endoscopic biopsy from stomach.
