Do you capitalize the name of a college degree?

The answer to each question is...Sometimes

You should capitalize the name of thedegree program only if it is a proper noun(English, Spanish, German), otherwisekeep it lowercase.

The standard is, if the text in the bullet is not a completesentence it doesn’t require a capital letter or a period. Tokeep things simple, I suggest beginning all bullet pointswith a capital letter and ending them with a period.Here's an example of how I suggest you do it, regardlessof the rules.

As a director of sales, achieved a record number ofaccomplishments: (notice title is not capitalized)

• Increased sales by 20%. • Brought in record number of new clients. • Launched three new products in six months.
