How can I take

responsibility for my

actions?

How can I be myself in

interaction with others?

Use the answers to act

Plan specific actions in your day-to-day practice

“I forgot to make a cover page and did it

last minute. I will tell the other team

members honestly. I will not make up

excuses.”

“I clearly don’t share Phil’s vision on the

design. I really dislike his proposal and I

have some well-grounded reasons for that.

I will discuss it with him, respectfully but

honest.”

“I will not participate in gossip. It is not who

I want to be.”

How to involve other team members?

Lead by example

Research shows that using these 3 attitudes in interaction with others,

promotes contagion.

Involve a partner in crime to gain momentum
