Asabusinessgrowsfromthestart-upphaseandtheorganisationalstructurebecomesmoreformalised,thebusinesswillsplittheworkloadupbetweendifferentpeopletoensurethereisnoduplicationofwork.Eachstaffmemberwillthenhaveaclearlydefinedjobrolewithdifferentresponsibilitiesattachedthattheymustfulfilwithintheorganisation.
