English – Book ReportContext – Students were asked to choose a book

they had read this year and write a report about this book using the structures and features of a Book Report.

Indicators – Includes Title and Author Describes the main characters Shows background information (who, where, when ,why, what) Significant events are in chronological order Uses past tense Writes in paragraphs Writes a conclusion with an evaluative comment

Context – Students completed a book response to a text that was recently read to them by their class teacher.
