Up to $80,000 in total for tuition, fees, and on-campus housing and meals

• Take as many credits as you can each term so you don’t run out of scholarship $$

• Buy or rent used textbooks, and sell your books back (Amazon and Chegg are great!)

• Don’t skip class! This is basically throwing money out the window

• Test out of classes if you can – modernstates.org

• Yes to student discounts! Shop wherever they are offered.

How do I get the money?✓Partner College confirms your

enrollment in September/October

✓ISTS sends award payment to your Partner College 30 days after enrollment confirmation. Generally in late October/early November.

✓Partner College puts a hold on your account so no classes are dropped

How do I Renew my Scholarship?

✓For each academic year, you must renew your Scholarship during the summer.

✓You must meet the renewal eligibility criteria to renew

• Maintain full time enrollment (12 credits or more)

• Earn a GPA of 2.5 or greater

• Continue to have DACA or TPS approved status or meet our immigration eligibility criteria
