Today,RwandahasoneofthefastestgrowingeconomiesinAfrica.IthasmorewomeninParliamentthananyothercountryintheworld(64%atthetimeofwriting)andisoneofthefriendliest,safestcountriesonthecontinent.Yetformostpeople,itinevitablyconjuresupimagesofthedreadfulgenocideof1994,whenalmostamillionpeopledied.
