Hi Sir:

Greetings of Peace!

As you may have known as you have partnered with us for the past years, the Archdiocese of Lipa is holding its annual International Marian Regatta: Fluvial Procession around our beloved lake of Taal volcano every September 8th of the year as celebration of the birth of our beloved mother Mary. Related to this, our Parish of Immaculate Conception of Mataasnakahoy, Batangas will again actively participate and join in the said festive and prayerful event. This year, the parish & municipality of Laurel Batangas will host the said annual event.

A number of preparatory activities are set to ensure the safety, success and solemnity of the event. This includes the 1. Identification and inspection of the boats to be used 2. Identification of the participants on September 8th 3. Dry-run activity mocking the pre-boarding & boarding tasks and assessing the preparedness as to organization, safety and order.

In line with this, we would like to seek your assistance in getting some of the tasks/preparatory activities done on part of the local government & barangay units who will partake to this activity. These are the following:

1. Submission of participant database (Information Sheet) on or before August 14, 2015 (Friday; please see attached data sheet form)

2. Submission of Boat Identification and operator details on or before August 14, 2015 (Friday; please see attached data sheet form).

3. Boat inspection on August 13, 2015 (Thursday, 8:30 – 10:00 AM) @ Kinalaglagan lake shore.

4. Dry Run activity on August 14, 2015 (Friday, 6:00 AM) @ Kinalaglagan Lake Shore to be participated by Parish/PNP/LGU representatives.

5. Updates Meetings: Attendance for any possible core group meeting. Preliminary meeting will happen on August 14, 2015 (Friday) right after the dry run; succeeding meetings as well as the final preparatory meeting (Date, time, and venue) are still TBD.
