own words. It is a shortened form of the actual story.
Example:
This story is about a pig who wanted a pancake. After she had the pancake, there were many other silly things that she needed as the story went on. Each event caused something else to happen. The story ended with the author reminding us what to
think of if a pig wanted a pancake.
