Temperature Transmitter The Temperature Transmitter ismounted on each stream as per hook up diagram for measurement of line temperature. The Measurement elements is Pt 100 in accordance to IEC 60751 tolerance class A. The RTD’s are 4 wire. Signal from RTD is connected to the remote mounted Temperature transmitter. The O/p of Temperature Transmitter is 2 wire 4 - 20 mA HART.
Pressure TransmitterThe Pressure transmitters will be mounted on each stream a for measurement of in line pressure. The Inline pressure is used for pressure compensation of the flow. Transmitter Output: 4 -20 mA, HART Compliant.Two-valve integral pressure manifold is used with 3051 transmitters. The first valve provides instrument isolation. The second valve allows venting, draining, or calibration through the test port. The Manifold is available with 1/2–14 NPT male process connections.

System Overview - ComponentsSystem Overview - ComponentsGas Chromatograph. Two No. of Gas Chromatographs shall be installed near the inlet header with 3 sided shelter. Both the GC shall take the gas sample from common sample probe installed on 1”nozzle on inlet header. There are three major parts of GC. Sample Probe. Sample Conditioning System. Gas Chromatograph Analyzer.
Sample handling has two basic functions: To supply the analyzer with a sample representative of actual process. The sample as analyzed must be essentially the same as the process. To provide calibration gases as a reference so the system can calibrate itself.
Extractive sampling is often complex. The sample is gathered by a probe at Take-off and transported to shelter for conditioning and analysis. Sample conditioning removes particulates and moisture without altering the sample's chemistry or concentration. A probe filter blocks particulates from entering the system. .

System Overview - ComponentsSystem Overview - ComponentsGas Chromatograph Analyzer. The Model 700XA is a high-speed gas chromatograph (GC) system that is engineered to meet specific field application requirements based on typical natural gas stream composition and anticipated concentration of the selected components. In its standard configuration, the Model 700 can handle up to four streams: typically, three for sample and one for calibration. The Model 700 system consists of below major parts:
Analyzer assemblyThe analyzer assembly includes airless oven, the columns, TCDs/TCDs, a preamplifier, power supply, stream switching valves, analytical valves and solenoidsController AssemblyThe electronics assembly includes the electronics and ports necessary for signal processing, instrument control, data storage, personal computer (PC) interface, and telecommunications. This assembly allows the user to use MON2020 to control the GC.

System Overview - ComponentsSystem Overview - ComponentsEmerson Floboss S600+ Flow Computer Flow computer is used for computation of corrected flow with pressure & temperature compensation &reporting . It has dedicated IO card as per types of inputs.
The FloBoss S600+ Flow Computer is a panel-mount flow computer designed specifically to measure hydrocarbon liquid and gas where versatility and accuracy matter. The standard features of the S600+ make it ideal for fiscal measurement, custody transfer, batch loading, and meter proving applications.
The S600+ allows to configure multi-stream, multi-station applications, enabling simultaneous measurement of meter liquids and gasses.
The S600+ is designed for use either as a stand-alone flow computer or as a system component. The intelligent I/O modules fit both gas and liquid applications and typically support two dual-pulsed streams and a header. Adding I/O modules (up to a maximum of three) allows to configure up to six dual-pulsed streams or up to 10 single-pulsed streams and two headers.

System Overview - ComponentsSystem Overview - ComponentsSCADAOne machine of HP Make are provided which acts as a SCADA computer. This computer are referred as Metering Supervisory Computers which communicates with Flow Computers on Ethernet through Cisco switches. SCADA software with license of 300 Tags is installed on the supervisory Computer. SCADA software acts as the primary interface for metering supervision, entry and display of data.
The supervisory computer shall have as a minimum the following facilities: Alphanumeric display of all data, control requests. Process data Flow Meter & GC diagnostic data Trends Keyboard for data entry commands, etc.; Alarm indication & acceptance facility. Reports. The supervisory computer, as a minimum, performs the following functions and where necessary, display the relevant data: Form a database of selected alarms, measured and calculated variables, obtained via the data bus from the stream measurement flow computers.
