Incident handling system

It is important for every company to respond properly if an accident occurs. Anaccident may be a fire, an explosion, a gas leak or a bomb alert. This lessondescribes which procedures are to be adopted if an accident occurs. It alsodescribes who will be responsible for a particular activity. Attention will be paidto the action that should be taken in emergency situations at a petro-chemicalsite. This oral lesson also discusses the use of a log called the “Incidents Book”.
